Due to congestion in Ethereum or the Palette chain, your transfer may not be reflected immediately. Please check after a while.
Also, if the chain of PLTs and addresses are different, such as transferring PLTs (ePLTs) on Ethereum to addresses on the pallet chain, the deposit may not be confirmed.
If you transfer an ePLT by specifying the string of an address created on the Palette chain, you will need to import the address onto Ethereum.
※If you transferred pPLT to an address on the ethereum, you must import the address on the Palette chain.
Please try the following steps.
Step 1
From the list of addresses, check and select the address you specified as the destination for the money transfer from the exchange.
Step 2
Copy the backup data (mnemonic) and tap Import
Step 3
Select Ethereum, paste the backup data (mnemonic), enter other items, and tap Import to create the Ethereum address.
