There are two types of PLTs: PLTs on Ethereum (ePLTs) and PLTs on Palette chain (pPLTs).
If you transfer PLTs on a chain that is not handled by an exchange, you will not be able to retrieve the PLTs.
Please check with your exchange for information on chains handled by the exchange, as this is a service offered by the exchange.
