PLT Place will start auction sales on May 15, 2023.
In accordance with this, we have revised some of the Terms of Use, which will be effective as of today.
■Outline of Revisions
The following new features have been implemented, and necessary additions, modifications, and other related changes have been made (including changes to clarify the meaning of existing clauses).
- Auction sales method
- Expansion of secondary marketplace function of Minted NFTs
- d-payment (except in the case of NFT auction sales and secondary marketplace)
■Major Revisions
- The auction sales method has been implemented for NFTs (both the subject data sold at PLT Place with its NFT conversion rights and minted NFTs) (Article 2-7, Article 2-17, 2-18, Article 9-2, and Article 12).
- Secondary sale/purchase of NFTs purchased through the auction sales method is allowed (Article 13-1-2).
- Secondary sale/purchase of minted NFTs purchased on external sites is allowed (Article 13-1-3).
- d-payment can be used for payment at PLT Place (Article 8-2-9, 8-2-5). However, in the case of the auction sales method and the purchase of NFTs in secondary marketplace, only payment at PLT can be used (Article 9-2-1, Article 12-2-1, Article 13-4-2, etc.).
