If the confirmation screen does not appear in PLT Wallet when you make a payment, even though you have completed the transaction in PLT Place, there may be two possible patterns.
Please check the following solutions and try to make the payment again.

There may be a connection problem between PLT Place and PLT Wallet. Please disconnect the wallet connection and reconnect the wallet.
To disconnect the wallet connection, please select "Disconnect Wallet" as shown in the image below.
After disconnecting, please reconnect to the wallet. For more information on how to connect to the wallet, please refer to the following page, depending on the device you are using.

If the above steps do not improve the situation, please cancel your wallet registration and reconnect your wallet.

Make the wallet connection to PLT Place again

If the remittance could not be confirmed, your application will be automatically cancelled.
